Project Details & Objectives

LP Commercial Photography was commissioned by Monster Homes to photograph their display home at Newport, outside of Brisbane, capturing the details, indoor/outdoor spaces and quality of the home for an award submission and to use in their marketing. The home represents the top specification that Monster Homes offers and is a fine example of the quality of workmanship that they are known for. The property is a 4 bedroom luxury entertainer and LP Commercial Photography loved capturing this gorgeous home highlighting the finer details, natural light through the home and the stunning design elements of throughout, in particular the indoor/outdoor living. Monster homes were very happy with the final result that LP Commercial Photography provided to their brief, quoting the below:

Our client, Monster Homes, explains the home design as below:

For us, this display home was a big step into the right direction. It allows us to show our potential clients what we can do and outline the quality workmanship that we pride ourselves on. Planning the display home was a fun challenge that had the whole office brainstorming to come up with the best trends that would be sure to bring that wow factor. Some of the main factors that this house is built upon are indoor-outdoor living, natural light, designed for both the entertainer and the family, and simplicity in design. We chose to keep a consistent palette of woods, concrete, black fixtures and white walls, tying into the modern-day trend without making the space too dark – it works quite well in our eyes.
