Training micro businesses in DIY Product Photography - Clermont Small Business Week

We are back in Clermont, this time as guests of Isaac Region Council hosting a training workshop for micro businesses and local photographers in DIY product photography.

Obviously there are times when only a professional and experienced product photographer will do.... and we should know as it is one area from which we earn our living.

But lets be honest, many small and micro businesses simply can't afford the costs of constantly hiring product photographers, but still need great images of their products online for sale.

This was the scenario that Isaac Council approached us with, so we designed the ultimate DIY course for such business, teaching them simple techniques to build their own micro product studio and the skills and knowledge to take, edit and market their images all from their smart devices. It was a lot of fun with some great and creative people attending, see our behind the scenes video below. 

Come behind the scenes on our Clermont product photography workshop, teaching people who aren't necessarily photographers to use their phone and other props around the home to professionally light their subjects/products, photograph them and edit them all using your phone.

Brisbane Food and Drink Photography: Viva Coffee

Come behind the scenes with us to a food and drink shoot with Viva Coffee which will be opening a series of Cafe's throughout the Brisbane area. 

We'll take you through what we do and how we approach such shoots. We will be working in a "live cafe" while open to the public which brings iuts own interesting needs and limitations... and maybe we might just enjoy a little too much cake and coffee along the way LOL

My Vitamin Packs: Flatlay Lifestyle Product Photography

We had a fun morning with my client Tom on some creative lifestyle flatlay product photography for his brand My Vitamin Packs and for his client MPS. We created some cool concepts, incorporating lifestyle props and creating intriguing images with cropping and placement. These images were launched across social media and the website for their marketing campaign.
